“Valour” in 2mm

After a long stay away, Valour has now gone through Ian Rathbone’s paint shop with final re-assembly and a bit of weathering in St Albans.  Ian has made an outstanding job of the lining.  It will be good to see the engine in service at the head of a 1923 Pullman train on CF, but will need lamps, coal and a fireman for that to happen.

Wishing you all the best for Christmas and looking forward to 2021!

The quality of the paintwork and lining is outstanding, and no doubt it’s well worth the wait for Ian to do it. Look forward to seeing it having a run on the layout before long.
