Library Refurbishment

The committee recently voted to approve plans developed by Leslie Bevis-Smith for a full refurbishment of the library, which will include new cupboards, furniture and a full cosmetic redecoration.  We think this is the first time the library has been refurbished since Keen House opened.  The major works will begin on August 14th and are …read more.

Francis Dobson

Long serving member and MRC vice president Francis Dobson died on 4th November, at the age of 96.  He was also president of the Gauge 1 Model Railway Association, and many will remember his leadership of their display layouts at various MRC exhibitions over the years.
