Changes to Islington’s parking charges

From January 3rd 2018, an additional charge of £2 per hour will apply to all diesel vehicles paying for short stay parking in Islington, which controls the parking zones in the streets around Keen House. Christmas Opening 2017

Keen House will be open for our regular weekly Thursday Club meetings through December –  including Thursday 28th December. The test tracks will be available to run trains on, the library open and refreshments will be available from 7-9pm.

At our 76th AGM on 7th December 2017, we had a couple of changes in the committee. Theft of 2mm Scale Models

Whilst unloading the van carrying our exhibition layout “Copenhagen Fields” at the Model Railway Club in London N1, on the evening of 15/10/17, an opportunist thief stole a small black and aluminium case containing 81 wagons and three coaches.  These were made by the late Bill Blackburn.  They were of enormous sentimental value to his …read more.
